Estimated delivery times are 4-7 business days for capital cities and 5-10 business days for regional areas. We only offer doorstep delivery and do not have click and collect options. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any issues, with supporting evidence. Claims made after this period are not accepted. We have standardised shipping zones for QLD, NSW, WA, SA,VIC & ACT. Shipping is automatically calculated if you fall in our standard shipping zones. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
For change-of-mind or incorrectly placed orders, a 25% restocking fee applies. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom or special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
