Bathware Factory Direct ships Australia-wide using trusted carriers including Australia Post, FedEx, and private freight couriers.
Please note: we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
How much is delivery and do you ship to my area?
It depends on what you're ordering:
- Small parcels (tapware, wastes, accessories and similar) ship at live Australia Post rates, calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
- Bulky items (vanities, bathtubs, shaving cabinets and the like) travel by pallet freight or specialist courier, at a flat rate by metro zone:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Method
All orders are delivered direct to your nominated address.
At this stage, click and collect is not available.
Quality Checks & Delivery Inspection
Before dispatch, all products are checked for damage and missing components.
Upon delivery, you must inspect your order within 24 hours.
If there are any issues, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the damage or fault.
This timeframe is required as courier insurance claims must be lodged within 24 hours.
Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Bathware Factory Direct cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
