Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed. You'll receive tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery is to your front door. For insurance reasons our couriers can't carry items inside or up stairs, so have a second person on hand for heavy items like vanities and baths.
Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us within 24 hours, with photos, if anything is damaged.
We deliver Australia-wide. Our standard freight zones cover Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Melbourne, the ACT, Adelaide, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Perth.

Return your order within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fees.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- Return freight is at your cost, and your original freight charge isn't refunded.
- Return requests must be approved before goods are sent back.
- Made-to-order and special-order items are excluded (custom vanities, custom-cut stone tops, custom-cut wastes and grate drains, special order or promotional package items).

Most items ship from stock held at our Penrith warehouse. Select ranges are sourced directly through our supply partners. Either way, orders arrive within the usual 5–10 business days.
