All shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout and depend on the number of items, weights and delivery location to be able to calculate your shipping rate. Simply add all of your items to cart, add your delivery location and your shipping rate will automatically be calculated for you.
We offer shipping services through Australia Post and occasionally through 3rd party courier services. Rates are based on the weight and size of your parcel, calculated at the time of purchase. After your order is confirmed, our dispatch team packs your items within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 4-7 business days for capital cities and 5-10 business days for regional areas. We only offer doorstep delivery and do not have click and collect options. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any issues, with supporting evidence. Claims made after this period are not accepted. We have standardised shipping zones for QLD, NSW, WA, SA,VIC & ACT. Shipping is automatically calculated if you fall in our standard shipping zones. If you do not see shipping calculated for your address we can organise a custom shipping quote for deliveries outside of our standard delivery zones. Enquire at info@fluirebathware.com.au
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
For change-of-mind or incorrectly placed orders, a 25% restocking fee applies. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom or special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Any damage or freight issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
